Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion. We are sorry that you felt that pay is behind average. However, we consistently benchmark salaries to keep in line with market rate, although we accept that this has been difficult recently due to the volatility of the market. More is being done here. We also recognise that we do utilise offshore developers, as many organisations do, as this brings diversity and varied expertise to the team. However, we always aim to ensure that everyone is treated equally, whether they are UK based or international. We hope that this answers some of the concerns you have had, and would be happy to discuss further at any time.
